Commit to a time each week to nurture mindfulness, compassion, gratitude and loving-kindness.

 

A Mindful Life is a facilitated group intended to serve as a weekly refuge to practice the tools to help you live with ease, mindfulness, and joy. It will be a time for yourself -- a spacious place to be just as you are. Some of the weekly practices include: mindfulness meditation (guided, silent, loving-kindness, and walking); sharing (deep listening and mindful speech) about our experiences; reflective writing exercises; exercises that water positive seeds and gratitude; practices that develop greater self-compassion.
