Mindfulness and Meditation Offerings

Jean integrates her years of experience as a meditator and as a massage therapist in combination with somatic modalities and mindfulness practices to bring ease, health, and growth to the people she works with. With a compassionate, listening presence, Jean helps clients find their own insight and wisdom through meditation and mindful awareness practices. Her process of working facilitates the gradual development of greater presence, self-compassion, and acceptance. The very nature of the work helps people gain tools for stress management and self-care.
