Thursdays 7:00-8:15 pm 11/21, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19, 1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30
$192 for 8 weeks

Wellspring Health Collective, 697 Valley Street, Maplewood
A Mindful Life is a facilitated group intended to serve as a weekly refuge for each of you to practice the tools to help you live with ease, mindfulness, and joy. It will be a time for yourself -- a spacious place to be just as you are. We will work as a group, in pairs, and individually -- respectful of the needs and energy of the group.
Some of the weekly practices will include:
Mindfulness meditation (guided, silent, loving-kindness, and walking)
Sharing (practicing deep listening and speech) about our practices and situations that arose during the week.
Reflective writing exercises
Practices that water positive seeds and gratitude
Practices that develop greater self-compassion
